We returned to Slanted Door to celebrate an early birthday. A dish I did not have at my last visit: cellophane noodles with dungeness crab.
Wood oven roasted skuna bay salmon steak with braised leek, caramel, ginger, chive. We also had oysters, mesquite grilled prather ranch pork belly with red leaf lettuce, mint, shiso leaf, lemongrass, & spicy gingered tamarind sauce, and an organic chicken claypot with caramel sauce, thai chili, & fresh ginger… but I forgot to take photos.
For dessert, doughnuts with butterscotch dipping sauce.
And, we ended the meal with a wonderful lychee cotton candy cloud surprise! Happy Birthday sister!
